Mitchell’s primary focus is the disposition and acquisition of Sweetwater’s investment portfolio for its family office. Additionally, he supports the team’s work to help property owners grow their portfolios through strategic financing and sales solutions. Whether it’s structuring debt, navigating an acquisition, or coordinating a sale, Mitchell plays a hands-on role in guiding clients through every step of the transaction.

Mitchell’s approach is rooted in long-term relationships and a deep understanding of what drives investment performance.

Outside of work, Mitchell stays active and competitive—enjoying basketball, working out, snowboarding, and skateboarding.
