Senior Director of Asset Management/Closings
With 25 years experience, Keri first began her mortgage career with Mortgage Financial where she processed residential loans for eight years. After joining Sweetwater Capital, Keri transitioned to commercial processing.
As the Senior Director of Asset Management/Closings, Keri works closely with our borrowers and lenders to provide a seamless process that leads to closed loans. She is also responsible for office management and administration functions. Since joining the Sweetwater Capital team, she has processed over $3.4 billion in commercial real estate loans.
Keri has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. Keri is an avid runner, having a full marathon, fifteen half marathons and a multitude of smaller races under her belt. When not on the go, she enjoys time at home with her husband of 25 years, gardening, and a good book.
